Markus Gebhard works as software engineer at disy Informationssysteme GmbH,
in Karlsruhe, Germany.
He has studied computer science at the university of Passau and at the university of Karlsruhe, Germany, where he
concentrated on Computer Graphics and Human-Computer Interaction.
Since his first contact with Java in 1997, Markus Gebhard is interested in object oriented software
development and modern development techniques. In his spare time, he works on a couple of Open Source projects
(http://www.jave.de/projects),
mainly in the context of the Eclipse IDE. In particular he is the author of the JDemo
framework for demo aided software development.
