omega t+ is a cross-platform Computer Assisted Translation(CAT) tool suite that currently includes omegat (translation editor tool with numerous features), extspell (an Apsell spellchecker user interface), sentseg (for sentence segmenting of documents), and packages for OmegaT (from which omegat is derived).
